KARACHI, July 11: Chief Minister Ali Muhammad Khan Mahar has enhanced the annual grant for the welfare of artists of Sindh from Rs1.76 million to Rs2.760 million for the year 2003-04.
He called for a comprehensive plan for the establishment of an “artists welfare fund”. — APP
