IED blast in N Waziristan wounds four security personnel

PESHAWAR: At least four security personnel were injured in a remote controlled Improvised Explosive Device (IED) attack on a security forces vehicle near Khajuri checkpost on Mir Ali Road in North Waziristan tribal region.

Official sources confirmed that the vehicle was targeted with a remote controlled bomb injuring four personnel.

The security forces cordoned off the area and shifted the injured to the nearest hospital while a search operation was launched in the area.
