PESHAWAR, Dec 15: The provincial government has decided to observe Eid and winter holidays in schools and colleges throughout the NWFP and its adjacent Federally Administered Tribal Areas from Dec 17 to 25 (both days inclusive). All the educational institutions will re-open on Dec 26.
