HYDERABAD, June 28: A hostage and an alleged dacoit were killed in a police encounter in Tando Mohammad Khan area late on Thursday night, police confirmed.
A young landowner, Mir Noman Talpur, was kidnapped on June 22 while he was returning home in his car.
