PESHAWAR, June 28: It is clarified that the name of Advocate Asadullah Marwat was erroneously mentioned as plaintiff’s counsel in a story appeared on June 27, under the headline “UNHCR men claim to be immune from legal process”.

Advocate Syed Asif Ali Shah, the plaintiff’s counsel in the case, stated that his associate in the case was Advocate Arshad Ali and not Asadullah.
