LAHORE, June 25: Lahore received pre-Monsoon rain on Wednesday morning.

The light rain made weather pleasant in the morning but worst later in the day because of additional moisture it introduced in the air.

It was partly cloudy but muggy during the previous night, making it inconvenient for the people.

The Met office recorded 7mm of rain at the airport and 1mm at its Jail Road observatory.

The maximum temperature was 32.1 degrees C and the minimum 23.5 degrees C with 88 per cent humidity in the morning and 66 per cent in the afternoon.

The Met office expected a partly cloudy weather with chances of light rain in the city during the next 24 hours.
