Soulful mystic tunes enthrall visitors
The Bhajans were of Rajisthani origin, composed by using poetry of mystic poets like Khawja Ghulam Farid, Bulleh Shah and Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai from Sindh.
The instruments used included Ek Tara, Tambura, Mujairay (Ghungroos). The music was lilting and soulful, receiving a lot of appreciation from the crowd, comprising people of all age groups and sections of the society.
Krishan Lal Bhil, aged 38, speaks Marwari language, and claims that he is conversant with eight languages, including Punjabi, Sindhi, Seraiki, Marwari, Hindi etc.
He also has vast knowledge of folk music and traditions of Sindh, Punjab and different areas of sub-continent.
