KARACHI, June 18: The DIG Traffic Police, Mohammed Yameen Malik, has issued directives to traffic police, on Wednesday, prohibiting them to remove motorcycles from no-parking areas.

He directed that strict action would be taken against those officials, who were found involved in removing illegally parked motorcycles or helping vehicles to lift such motorcycles.

Motorcyclists would be given a ticket of Rs100 on wrong parking, and the order would be implemented with immediate effect.—APP
