QUETTA, June 1: Two boys drowned in a pond in Mehmoodabad area of Chaman on Sunday.

Police sources said 15-year-old Najeeb and 14-year-old Adil jumped into a pond to beat the severe heat, but they drowned in the deep water. Their bodies were recovered by the levies and handed over to their relatives.
