DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Dec 11: The citizens have complained that they are being cheated by some unscrupulous men posing as members of PTV licensing teams.

They said that some men holding the identity cards from an unknown commercial firm were asking the TV users to get their licenses renewed before the expiry of their former licenses. These men also use filthy language and warn people of punishments if they did not comply with their demands.
