ISLAMABAD, May 17: Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal’s parliamentary leader in National Assembly Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said people in India and Pakistan want a negotiated settlement of the Kashmir issue.

In an interview to Voice of Germany, the MMA leader said Pakistan had responded positively to Indian talks offer and now it was for India to come to the negotiating table to resolve issues.

He said it did not suite the Indian leadership to level infiltration charge or impose conditions after making the talks offer.—APP
