ISLAMABAD, May 14: Mauritius on Wednesday offered Pakistan to use its soil for export of its goods and products to African markets and elsewhere.
“We have a strategic location that offers Pakistan a huge opportunity to make Mauritius the hub of its exports destined for other countries,” Dr Prem Nabasingh, special adviser to the prime minister of Mauritius and chairman of the Board of Investment, said during a meeting with Information Technology Minister Awais Leghari.
Both Pakistan and Mauritius have decided to set up a mechanism for the officials and experts of the two countries to interact with each other to expand cooperation and partnerships in the fields of information technology and telecommunications.
