PESHAWAR, May 9: Police have arrested three members of an inter-provincial gang of robbers, said a police official at a press conference here on Friday.
Capital city police chief, DIG Tanvir-ul-Haq Sipra said the men had confessed to their involvement in dozens of robberies.
During interrogation, the police official said, they also disclosed names of 32 other members of the gang active in all the four provinces. Those arrested were identified by police as Toor alias Satarai, the ring leader, Chechol and Jalal. All three are said to be Afghan nationals.
