PESHAWAR: A blast targeting a police mobile in Nusrat Khel area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Mansehra city killed four persons on Thursday.

Earlier in another incident an explosion near an election rally in a market in North Waziristan's Mirali killed one person and injured three others.
