LAHORE, May 7:  Abdul Razzaq arrived here on Wednesday from England instead of joining the Pakistan team in Sri Lanka.

Razzaq could not join the Pakistan team when it  departed  for Colombo on Sunday. Chief selector Aamir Sohail had said that Razzaq will not go to Colombo direct from England and will be here to accompany the team on Sunday. Razzaq ignored the instructions.

Meanwhile PCB chief executive, Ramiz Raja, will also leave for Sri Lanka on Thursday to work as a TV commentator.
