Baath Party official held

LONDON, May 7: The US military said on Wednesday a regional commander of former president Saddam Hussein’s Baath Party on the US list of most-wanted Iraqis was in custody.

US Central Command said in a statement Ghazi Hamud al-Adib, number 32 on its list, “is now in coalition custody”, but gave no details of where he was taken, if he was caught or turned himself in.
