KARACHI, May 5: Passengers of Cathay Pacific flights and intending a six-hour transit in Hong Kong no longer required a transit visa for the stopover country, according to the airlines.

“We have managed to persuade Hong Kong government to lift transit visa restriction for Pakistani nationals travelling on Cathay Pacific for up to six hours,” said Happy Minwalla, Manager of the airlines’ Pakistan, Afghanistan and CIS operations.—PPI
