MELBOURNE: Sri Lanka won the rain-shortened second and final T20 international against Australia off the last ball at the MCG on Monday.

Sri Lanka hit 161 for four wickets off 20 overs but a shower left Australia requiring a total of 122 runs from 15 with eight wickets in hand.

The hosts finished on 119 for three after a tense final over under the Duckworth-Lewis method.

The tourists, the top-ranked T20 side, won the opening match by five wickets at the Sydney Olympic Stadium on Saturday night.
