ISLAMABAD, Nov 10: The capital police arrested four persons from different parts of the city and recovered narcotics and weapons from them, a police spokesman said on Saturday.

He said the Tarnol police intercepted a man on suspicion and subsequently recovered 1.3kg hashish from him which led to his arrest. Similarly, the Bara Kahu police recovered hashish weighing 200grams from a man and arrested him.

The Shahzad Town police arrested a man after recovering a 30-bore pistol from him along with five bullets, while the Shalimar police arrested a woman for her alleged involvement in auto-theft. —Staff Reporter
