Punjab celebrates theatre

Universities from across Punjab came together for a three-day theatre festival in Lahore last week.

Titled “Punjab Lok Rahs Theatre Competition,” the festival was held at the National College of Arts (NCA) and the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences and brought together over 200 amateur artists from across the province. Leading names from the world of art, including Asghar Nadeem Sayyed, Shahid Mahmood Nadeem, Naveed Shehzad, Huma Safdar, Nisar Mahuddin, Saman Saif were among the judges.
