I RETIRED in April 2010 from PIA. My pension has not been properly calculated as my salary was not fixed on promotion despite existing rules, administrative orders and even Supreme Court orders, which defined without any ambiguity that the salary would not be reduced on promotion from one group to another.

Many other claims were technically engineered by the think tanks and masterminds who denied payment all these years.

How many times do I need to write to get the attention of the highest authorities?

Once an asset during service, a national hero, have now become nothing after retirement and in old age.

I have been constantly trying to get my grievances addressed but in vain. I have filed a case in the high court against PIA for denying payment of financial claims for over three decades.

More than two years have passed with no justice in sight because of the inefficiency of the system. Where should I go?
