ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court granted permission to the brother in law of Osama Bin Laden, to meet his sister on Wednesday, and directed the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), to submit a report in this regards within two weeks, DawnNews reported.

Proceedings took place in the IHC under Justice Riaz, regarding the petition filed by Zakarya Ahmed Abdalfattah.

The brother in law of Osama Bin Laden had challenged the criminal charges against his sister and requesting the courts to allow him to visit the slain al-Qaeda leader’s widow.

The court sought details of the case and adjourned the proceedings for two weeks.
