PESHAWAR: The Peshawar Electric Supply Company on Thursday announced power suspension from five to eight hours on Dec 28, 29, 30 and 31 at different times in parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa due to maintenance work on the transmission lines.

According to a statement, the power supply will remain suspended on Dec 28, 29, 30 and 31 from 8am to 4pm daily in Thakot- Battal, Bisham and Pattan. Similarly, the consumers of Balakot, Muzaffarabad, Rampura, Mansehra and AMC Abbottabad will face inconvenience on Dec 30 from 8am to 4pm.

The consumers of Hayatabad 1, 2 and 3, PI Cardiology, RMT and NWH will be affected on Dec 27 and 30 from 9am to 3pm. The power supply will remain suspended in Hayatabad 6, 7, 8, 9 and10, Shaukat Khanum and Khyber 1 and 2 on Dec 30 from 9am to 3pm.

The residents of Shaukat Khanum and Hayatabad 1 and 3 will also face inconvenience on Dec 31 from 9am to 3pm. Power supply will remain suspended in Industrial estate and Old Jamrud on Dec 29 and 31 from 9am to 3pm.
