KOHAT: Kohat deputy commissioner Khalid Ilyas has said the administration is launching a measles vaccination campaign from October 15 to 26 across the district after several children were affected by the deadly disease from different areas.

He informed this to a meeting he chaired at his office on Saturday.

He said eight children affected by measles were being treated at the women and children hospital, Kohat.

He said the affected children were being given proper treatment because the disease could be fatal if precautions were not taken.
