QUETTA: Balochistan chapter president of the Pakistan Peoples Party Haji Ali Madad Jattak has said the PPP is a party of the youth and which is why young people are joining it in increasing numbers.

Addressing a press conference at the local press club on Saturday, he said the next government would be of the PPP because the present rulers had created frustration among the youth by keeping them jobless.

He said the party was gaining strength under the leadership of Bilawal Zardari-Bhutto. The massive crowd that accompanied the party chairman in the Lahore-Faisalabad rally had given the lie to the notion that the party had been wiped out, he said, adding that the PPP enjoyed enormous support of the masses and its central leadership would participate in all party events. Mr Jattak condemned the expulsion of 21 employees of Balochistan from the Survey of Pakistan. Responding to a question, he said that the PPP had supported census and registration of each Pakistani in the process.
