Pedestrian bridge

Published November 27, 2015

I WOULD like to draw your attention towards a safety hazard.Every day when I pass by the Nursery area on Sharea Faisal, I see an overhead pedestrian bridge being built.

This is good but the bad thing is that it is being constructed on the footpath in a manner that people would have to walk on the main road if they want to cross the road from that side of the footpath.

This is a violation of construction and safety codes. The government should look into the matter before it is too late.
