i Spy: Pak short film at Cannes

Published April 19, 2015

Good news folks! Finally a Pakistani film project, albeit a short one, is going to be screened at a festival that really matters. A film titled Baat Cheet has been invited to take part in the Short Film Corner at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival to be held next month.

Directed by Rayika Choudri, Baat Cheet has two very talented actresses, Sarwat Gilani and Joshinder Chaggar, in the lead roles. It remains to be seen as to when and where Pakistani audiences will get to see it. Perhaps the baat cheet is still going on to finalise that.
