ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain has summoned a session of the National Assembly on Wednesday that will continue till Nov 30.

The president, through an order issued on Tuesday, summoned the session of the assembly despite the fact that all routes that lead to the Parliament House are being barricaded apparently to block the way of the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s workers for a rally6 planned for Nov 30.

It is believed that the routes may the blocked on the on the pretext of providing security to the parliamentarians during the session.
