KHUZDAR: Security personnel seized a large quantity of arms and ammunition during an operation in the Dashat Goran area of Khuzdar district on Sunday.
Official sources said that FC troops after receiving intelligence about the presence of criminals in Dashat Goran area launched an operation there.
Around 200 Frontier Corps personnel took part in the operation with the help of helicopters.
“Improvised explosive devices, landmines, explosives and a large quantity of arms were recovered from the criminals’ hideouts,” an FC spokesman said.However, no arrest was made.
