as the Punjab Govt was too busy in constructing roads, it failed to notice that people were actually dying of lack of health care. Seriously, are better roads for cars are more important than better health and education facilities?

Every now and then we hear news of our artists dying in the state of apathy and misery. Apart from Govt Role, aint some artists or some group of artists can setup a welfare board for their fellow artists? Fault lies within us too.

Poor guy, but he brought this upon himself. He didn't have to die this young, but choosing a lazy lifestyle being obese does that to you.
