BADIN: An armed clash between two groups over a free-will marriage left one person dead and another three wounded in Kherol village near Khoski town on Wednesday.

Police said that Urs Dasti, 40, along with three associates went to the house of a man, Mumtaz Ali Lund, to take back a woman of his clan who had contracted a free-will marriage with Mr Lund.

However, a clash took place between the group led by Mr Dasti and the inmates of the house, they said, adding that as a result, Mr Dasti was killed and three other persons, Mohammad Mubeen Khoso, Tariq Ahmed Lund and Abdul Rehman Lund, were seriously wounded.
