Afghan President Hamid Karzai Karzai held talks in Turkey with his Pakistani counterpart Asif Ali Zardari in a bid to resolve a row over the wounding of his spy chief, which Kabul claimed was planned in Pakistan. The assassination attempt on National Directorate of Security (NDS) chief Asadullah Khalid was carried out on December 6 by an attacker who claimed to be a Taliban peace envoy but had a bomb hidden in his underwear. - Text and photos by Agencies
