OF late the PTCL has withdrawn the facility of locking zero and thus your telephone now freely allows you or any unauthorised person to enjoy the advantage of making long-distance calls, including mobile phones, thus inflating monthly bills without your notice. I wonder why this change of policy was adopted by the PTCL without prior notice to its customers. A lineman of the company stands chances to make extra buck by renting out fraudulently your cable pair through area’s junction box for a bit of time.

Would the PTCL please explain this change of policy to its ‘valued’ customers?
