SAHIWAL: The district chapter of Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan will support PML-N candidate Pir Imran Shah for NA-147, Sahiwal-I.

Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan’s Rana Abdul Jabbar Khan advocate made the announcement at local press club on Sunday in the presence of Pir Imran Shaha and all the district and tehsil office-bearers of Jamiat.

Rana Jabbar said the JUP had full confidence in the PML-N leadership and did not see its role in the oath controversy. He opposed the move to try Nawaz Shrif in jail in remaining references.
