LAHORE: Abbas Zeb of KP lifted the under-19 title outplaying Zeeshan Gul of the same province in the final of the National Junior Squash Championships at the PSA Complex here on Monday.

The finals of U-17, U-15, U-13 and U-11 were also decided.

Abbas stole the main show when he spent just 32 minutes on the court to dislodge Zeeshan in four games contest with the score being 11-8, 11-7, 6-11, 11-2.

Zeeshan showed some resistance in the third game but could not stop Abbas from winning the match.

In the U-17 final, Uzair Shaukat of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) annexed the title defeating Uzair Rasheed of Punjab after a gruelling five-game final.

The score was 13-15, 7-11, 11-8, 11-9, 11-8. The final lasted 47 minutes.

In U-15, Khushal Riaz (PAF) came out victorious eliminating the challenge of Ali Sher (PAF) with the score of 11-6,11-13,12-10,11-2. He fought for 39 minutes.

M. Hamza of PAF emerged the winner of U-13 final, edging out spirited M. Ammad also of PAF in the five-game tough fight which lasted 42 minutes. The score in favour of Hamza was 11-6, 7-11, 5-11, 11-7, 11-7.

Khaqan Malik of Punjab also fought well against Usman Nadeem Butt to win the final with the score of 7-11, 11-6, 8-11, 11-9, 11-9.
