THE recent suo motu action taken by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar in the Tayyaba torture case is a parable for those who indulge in child abuse practices.
Any person advertently abusing a child must remember that whatever the authority or social superiority he or she may have, the consequences of justice are there if found in any sort of child abuse.
