QUETTA: Six ‘facilitators’ of a militant organisation surrendered themselves to the Frontier Corps at a ceremony in Nushki on Monday.

They used to help militants carry out subversive and anti-peace activities in different parts of the province, a spokesman for the FC said.

The ceremony was attended by senior officials of the FC, tribal elders, prominent people of the area and officials of the district administration, he said.

The FC would continue to play a vital role in restoring peace to Balochistan, the spokesman said.
