@Ghani It's because of his diverse writing talents. I met him at the Karachi Literature Festival in Feb this year. He was mobbed by dozens of men and women who wanted to get his autograph, selfies with him and sign their copies of his book. But, I tell you, he was so down to earth and friendly. He was talking to many of his young fans like a friendly teacher and they loved it. He had zero pretensions. It was great meeting him.
