Rising crime rate

Published November 25, 2015

ABUL Hassan Ispahani Road is a residential, as well as a commercial, area. The former mayor of Karachi, Mustafa Kamal, had a flyover constructed over it during his political tenure as a consequence of which traffic started running smoothly. However, it has become hazardous to reside in the area for the last three years owing to crimes like snatching cars, targeted killing and kidnapping for ransom. People don’t feel secure in their own locality.

The authorities concerned should deploy security forces on this road to control crime.
