KARACHI: A brilliant all-round performance by Saeed Hasan guided Taiser Town Tiger CC to a 22-run win over City Gymkhana in the latest round of matches in the KCCA President Cup here on Wednesday.

Saeed first struck a quickfire 102 off only 62 balls (nine fours and eight sixes) to help his side make 291 all out in 43 overs at the TMC Ground. Late he claimed five wickets for just four runs to send City Gymkhana reeling to 62 all out in 21 overs.

Mohammad Maqsood starred with 102 (10 fours and two sixes) as O.K. Sports overwhelmed Gulzar CC by 194 runs at the Pak Star Ground.

The third batsman to score a century on Wednesday was Mujeebullah, who contributed a match-winning 104 (116 balls, 15 boundaries and one six) as Sakhi Hasan Gymkhana beat Shino Sports by three wickets at the Asifabad Sports Ground.

In another fixture at the Landhi Gymkhana Ground, Azam Sports sealed a 38-run victory against Shaheed Nizamuddin CC.
