KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court sentenced on Friday three men, including a policeman, to life imprisonment in two kidnapping for ransom cases.

Head Constable Gul Sher, Abdul Sattar and Tayyab Ali were found guilty of abducting Mohammad Adnan and Ahmed Ismail within the jurisdiction of the Zaman Town and Quaidabad police stations in August and June 2008 for ransom.

Judge Mohammad Javed Alam of the ATC-V pronounced his verdict after recording evidence of witnesses and final arguments from both sides.
