LAHORE: A large number of people visited the Dawn Education Expo, 2014, on its opening day on Wednesday at the Pearl Continental Hotel.

Faculty members, admission officers and career counsellors of more than 100 leading international and local institutions continued guiding the students, mostly from the GC University, FC College, Lahore Grammar and Beaconhouse School System about the courses being offered at the UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, Malaysia, North Cyprus, Turkey, USA, UAE and Pakistan campuses.

An annual feature for the last 11 years, the exhibition helps institutes of higher learning reach a national cross section of Pakistani students who have the qualification and the means to seek further education in the country or abroad.

The exhibition will remain on from 11am to 7pm on Thursday (today) also and the entry will be free. A similar exhibition was held at the Expo Center in Karachi on Jan 19 and 20. The exhibition will conclude in Islamabad on Jan 26.
