FOR many days, I have been trying to get renewals for my family’s car registration but have not been successful in getting one.

One day, my driver went to the National Bank of Pakistan’s Defence Housing Authority phase one branch at around 11 o’clock, but he was turned away at 12:30 because the bank staff informed him that timings had ended.

For the following two consecutive days, he went to the NBP PIDC branch at 9 o’clock in the morning, but even there he was told that their computer system was down and that registration could not be done.

He went to the NBP DHA phase 1 again another day and waited from 9 o’clock to 11:30, but no one was available to collect the registrations.

I wonder if others are facing similar problems. This is a real waste of time and extremely frustrating. Something needs to be done at the earliest to assuage this grievance.

Is there anyone who could listen to our problem and have a solution to it?
