Oscar-winning Pakistani film maker Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy is going from strength to strength. All power to her! Her latest achievement is the documentary titled Song of Lahore.

On April 18, the documentary was screened at the prestigious Tribeca Film Festival held at Regal Battery, New York. The marked feature of the screening event was that it was attended by another Pakistani who’s making big waves at the international level, actor Faran Tahir. And it would have surely been a proud moment for him when the festival audiences gave a generous round of applause to the documentary.
