Saad Haroon: Sending love to O'Brien

Making new world records

Pakistani Taekwondo black belt Ahmad Amin Bodla has broken two Guinness World Records for the most martial arts full contact knee strikes and most knuckle push-ups in one minute. One of the biggest achievements was a Pakistani Body Builder won a Gold Medal in 100kg class Arnold Sch competition, the medal was presented to him by Arnold himself.
