Infinix Smart 3 Plus is one of the newest devices to enter the budget segment of the local smartphone market.

The device carries a modern exterior with a 6.2 inch HD+ display featuring a water-drop notch, 2GB RAM, 32GB ROM and 3500 mAh battery, and an ability to secure data through the built-in face unlock feature as well as a fingerprint scanner at the back of the phone.

Design and Display

The device includes a 6.2" phenomenal HD+ water-drop, bezel-free display on 19:9 aspect ratio (720x1520 resolution) and 500 nit brightness, enabling users to experience images and movies on a full screen.

On the back of the Smart 3 Plus, Infinix places a unique 2D design that has special composite materials to make the phone body feel solid and comfortable in hand.

The Smart 3 Plus is available in three distinct colors: Sapphire Cyan, Midnight Black, Mocha Brown.

Infinix Smart 3 Plus places connectivity ports, power button and the volume rocker at the sides; right edge is layered with the power button and the volume keys while the left houses a dual SIM tray & SD card slot.

At the back is a vertical triple-lens camera with an LED flashlight which positions itself right next to a fingerprint scanner.

The cameras

Infinix Smart 3 Plus holds an all-new AI triple camera setup.

The primary lens carries 13MP along with a 2MP depth sensor, while the third lens holds QVGA night detection along with a dual high-brightness LED Flash.

Photo shooting capability has been enhanced with the addition of the third camera lens dedicated for night shooting. It recognises dark or low light situations and automatically improves the sensitivity of the camera.

'PANO' mode on the camera app provides a new dimension of panoramic photos. These functions are activated automatically with built-in Artificial Intelligence.

Smart 3 Plus features an 8MP front camera to take detailed and flawless selfies.

To improve low-light selfie shots, the screen acts as a flash and transforms into a light source.

Smart 3 Plus also uses all-new and updated AR stickers. The 'Faco', a dynamic function, matches 120 degrees of camera subject actions to ensure portraits are vivid and natural.

The front camera incorporates a '3D face beauty' feature, which utilises a vast base of human face shape mapping information to recognise over 1024 facial component points, categorised into 18 categories.

The Infinix Smart 3 Plus carries 2GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM which can be expanded through an SD card to up to 256GB.

The device supports a speedy facial recognition system along with a fingerprint unlock function to ensure data protection.
