The building's unique, advanced facade lighting illuminates the city skyline at night, further highlighting Karachi’s identity as ‘the city of lights’.

Looks very swanky. Wish many more such nice building comes up in Karachi. In my childhood we were told that in British India there were two great cities worth mentioning. Calcutta in the East and Karachi in the West. Some how I have soft corner both these cities.

Soon there will be a 30 story Silk Bank located where the Lloyd's insurance was located. I.I. Chundrigar Road will become a nightmare to enter. Our city planners, architects, bankers, are greedy, just like the rest of the nation. There is no water for air-conditioning, the infrastructure cannot handle even the present situation. Our short nearsightedness will bring its own natural death to I.I. Chundrigar Road, just like Saddar and Clifton areas, no parking, over crowded roads. It is amazing how we try to make believe and pretend how things will work. We are most stupid nation, and will remain so for a very long period of time.

There appears to be a blind rush to building big towers, but where basic amenities like water,power etc are lacking, everything is an exercise in futility!
