Army Public School attack: Mudassar Khan (Lab Assistant) – Age 25
Son of Mr and Mrs Muhammad Khan
Siblings: Sher Khan, Anas Khan, Umar Khan, Gulnaz, Afshan, Fatima.
A native of Swat valley, Mudassar was a lab assistant at APS with a Diploma in Clinical Pathology and a Masters in Pashto from the University of Peshawar.
He was the eldest amongst his siblings and the sole bread winner of his family. For this reason, he had left his village in Swat and shifted to Peshawar to work. He would often take his younger siblings to fast food joints and treat them to a snack.
He got engaged 15 days before he was killed.
He was passionate about Pashto poetry and often penned romantic couplets which he would share to social media.
His uncle describes him as a respectful and responsible member of the family, who never hurt a soul. His family is broken by his death and missed him dearly.
