This video is a first part in a continuing series which seeks to explore the roots shaping Pakistan’s cultural heritage pertaining to performing arts and highlights the efforts made by theatre enthusiast’s to gain identity and recognition through the passage of time.

In less than a decade our culture heritage has found tremendous nourishment at the hands of ‘National Academy of Performing Arts’ (Napa).

In the following series we will explore the institute’s effort to preserve and nurture some of the most integral pillars in any culture, dance and music.

Lastly but most importantly, we would like to know, from our readers who are such a vital part of this culture, to share their experiences of and responses to performing arts in Pakistan until next time we bring you a new episode of “On a Quest for Identity”.
