Celebrity prank show, Punk'd is getting a reboot!

The MTV classic reality series, which ran from 2003 to 2007 featured Ashton Kutcher pulling some elaborate tricks on his famous friends -- everyone from Serena Williams to Beyonce. You know it was a good laugh! And who can forget that iconic (albeit a little cruel) Justin Timberlake episode?

Sadly, the OG prankster is not involved with the new series; Kutcher tweeted that he has nothing to do with the "new Punk'd situation" but hopes "they get it right":

The show is being revived for Quibi, the short-form streaming platform backed by former Disney and DreamWorks executive Jeffrey Katzenberg.

Kutcher has moved on. He accomplished a lot in the meantime. He is also married with kids and involved with Lenovo tablets and other ventures. His punk'd times are over. Recruit somebody young and new.

Ashton lost fans when he attended a gala to raise funds for Israeli Defence forces. Actors should refrain from getting involved with such controversial events.
